A new out-of-town serial real estate investor, Brait Capital of Edina, Minnesota, has developed a big appetite for Northeast Ohio commercial property.
Much of the industrial property in Lakewood, Ohio, is located at and near the Screw Factory, 13000 Athens Ave., which includes a mixed-use building dating from 1914 and newer industrial properties. Brait Capital of Edina, Minnesota, just became a co-owner of the complex in what’s a multimillion-dollar deal.
